Core Return Policy

Engine Core & Long Block Return Policy

Please read the following policy carefully before returning a core or long block.

🚚 Pickup & Shipping

M&Y can make arrangements for local pickup of engine cores and long blocks. If the core needs to be shipped back, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

⏱ Return Timeframe

All cores must be received within 3 months of purchase. Cores returned after this window will not be accepted.

✓ Core Condition

Cores must be returned in good condition to qualify for core credit. Damaged or incomplete cores may be rejected at our discretion.

📦 Packaging Requirements

Cores must be placed on a pallet and properly secured with straps. Cores that are not on a pallet or are improperly secured will not be accepted.
